Echo a new professional choir that is performing at The Music Room in Central London on Saturday 10th March, 1-2pm.

The concert is titled INNOCENCE - exploring biblical purity and sin, childhood, parenting and the inevitable end of innocence. We’ll be singing music by composers from Medieval times to the present day, including Hildegard von Bingen, Maurice Ravel, James MacMillan and Meredith Monk, alongside traditional music from Kenya, North America and even an improvisation on the Beatles! The group will be singing both conducted and in consort style, without a conductor - continuing to celebrate, explore and test the boundaries of ensemble singing.

Tickets for the concert itself cost £12 in advance / £15 on the door and you can find out more and purchase them online here --->

echo is made up of professional singers who met while working together through Genesis Sixteen, the prestigious young artists scheme run by The Sixteen. We are really keen to develop links with London based singers and groups.
